1. How do I provide you with my files?
After purchasing our services you have the option of either delivering your files physically on a CD/DVD or by uploading them to our server.
2. What format should my audio tracks be in?
We can accept most audio formats, though we prefer .wav or .aif files. If you are unsure of whether we will be able to accept the audio format, please ask us first.
3. What sampling frequency & bit depth should I supply the audio as?
Anything up to 96 kHz and 24 bit. Generally the audio is supplied as 44.1 kHz and 24 bit.
4. How long will it take to upload my audio tracks?
The upload time varies depending on the speed of your Internet connection. With a maximum upspeed of 250kbps you can generally expect to upload 100 megabytes in 55 minutes.
5. How long will Hatch Farm Mastering take?
Audio mastering, audio restoration and audio and video compression services are completed within five working days. We will notify you as soon as your files are available for download.
